The SOC is considered the heart of United Airlines’ San Francisco International Airport (SFO) operations, providing state-of-the-art facilities to monitor all United Airlines flights. This project involved the remodel of nearly 8,000 SF including a conference room/emergency operations center, private offices, a break room, and the open operations area.

Based on the successful outcome of this project, United Airlines selected RIM to develop concept designs for another Station Operations Center at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
