About

Beginning with a facility master plan on how to improve an outdated mall exterior RIM collaborated with the client’s project manager and multiple contractors to achieve a holistic remodel for two entry renovations and a full interior common area renovation.

Following the study of scenarios, RIM Architects provided architectural design and construction administration services for three selected updates creating a distinct signature look for the mall: new South Entry and Façade Improvements; a new refreshed Southwest Entry Façade; and renovating for the entire ceiling and flooring of the interior commons areas of the center.

The bold 13,000 square foot interior treatment created a contemporary space that could be upsold to new tenants, while exterior renovations feature a cutting-edge exciting series of lantern-like bays that beckon visitors to explore an essential new shopping experience.
