About

RIM Architects designed a more contemporary style KFC Restaurant in Tamuning for Guam Fast Foods, Inc.

The exterior facade was designed using KFC prototype images and updated to a more modern look. A glowing glass box highlights the interior  operations. Exciting composition of dynamic geometric shapes, sleek interior surfaces, modern furnishings and lighting, along with warm and bold colors were used to provide an energetic aesthetic to customer’s dining experience.

Sustainability features such as shaded glass, blinds, overhangs, maximized use of daylight, low E glazing windows, and additional roof insulation were incorporated to reduce energy use.
