About

The Guam Surgi-Center is a 13,581 SF outpatient surgical center completed by RIM Architects. In collaboration with a medical consultant in Portland, Oregon, Clark/Kjos Architects, RIM Architects designed this facility utilizing the latest sterilization techniques and mechanical systems.

The project includes two state-of-the-art operating rooms with complete steam sterilization facilities. Mechanical ventilation systems are set up with a wide range of Hepa filtration systems to prevent contamination of the air supply.  Two isolation rooms were designed with unrecirculated air systems to further isolate clean areas of the facility.

Included in the facility are 21 beds with state-of-the-art nursing stations, medical gases, and networked computer systems, making this the most advanced facility of its type in the Western Pacific.
