About

BankPacific is one of Guam’s first local financial institutions. Our client sought RIM’s help to spearhead the design to renovate this two-phase project. Renovations involved the Gov. Joseph Flores building, immediately behind the headquarters building and attached by walkway. It included Sagan Umayao, the bank’s new loan center, on the first floor and second floor- which contains executive offices, loan servicing, accounting, compliance and human resources – was completely redone. Other spaces included design for a new elevator structure, demolition plans for interior spaces, new design for Mechanical systems including distribution and fresh air intakes, new design for exhaust systems at elevator shaft, restrooms, and break room, new design for energy efficient lighting systems and power distribution, design for infrastructure, conduit and raceways for IT, data, telephone, and security. The building was modified to meet ADA requirements.
