About

Building P-593 involved the design and construction of a five-story, 104-unit Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), including administrative, other  support spaces, and site improvements.

The BEQ development falls within the historic compounds of Pearl Harbor, and was designed to be compatible with the historic details, building components and shapes of the area.

Our team’s role involved development of the original design, various engineering services, construction  documents and construction  administration. RIM worked in conjunction with the general contractor to provide a quality aesthetic residential environment.
